1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


1.  Should you no longer want the product(s) that you ordered, you may return it to our physical address within 10 days of delivery at Your own expense. To be eligible for a return, each product must still be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. 

2.  To start a return, you can contact us at bente@bentepurnatur.com and state the reason why you want to return the products. Please include a copy of your receipt or a note with your order number,  as well as your name, email address, and your phone number. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your products. The items need to be carefully packaged, if returned items are during transit due to careless packaging, the return will be voided.  Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed or accepted.

2. DEFECTIVE GOODS AND ADVERSE REACTIONS RETURN OR REFUND POLICY.

1. Please inspect your products upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Please contact us at bente@bentepurnatur so that we can evaluate the situation.   Customer satisfaction is of utmost priority to us, and we will do our best to keep our customers happy.

Should your products arrive defective or damaged,  we will collect the product from you at our charge. Once we have inspected the product, accepted and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible; or we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return if that is your preference. 

2. Some of our products contain active ingredients that can cause a mild irritation of the skin upon initial use thereof. We recommend testing all products on a small area to test if an irritation occurs. We further recommend using these products not more than three times per week initially, before gradually increasing it to daily use. If You have developed a reaction to any of our products, please contact us at bente@bentepurnatur.com. We will endeavour to resolve any adverse reactions. Refunds on products causing an adverse reaction will be judged on an individual basis. Please note that most of our products are also available without added essential oils.  Should you be allergic to essential oils, please do inform us when you order so that we can send you products that are free of essential oils.

3. Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Products must have been purchased directly from us or via our online store. We do not accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets.  Should you wish to return a product purchased from a retail outlet, lease return those to the store where they were purchased.  Products must be returned within 10 days of delivery date. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used products unless you have had an adverse reaction to a product.  Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

4. Refunds

We will notify you via email or telephonically once we have received and inspected your returned products, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your purchase be automatically refunded at the same price, using your original payment method. Please do remember that it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
