Do you have any physical stores?
Currently we do not have a physical store, however, we may plan to open one in future. Please place your order online.
Can I collect my order instead of paying for shipping?
Yes, you can organise collection - we will let you know when your parcel is ready for collection if you have selected the 'collection' option at checkout.
Do your products contain parabens and phthalates?
No, all of our products from all ranges are paraben and phthalate free.
Are your products pet friendly?
Yes, all our products are safe to use around pets and are animal cruelty free. Please do not use our products on pets unless they are part of our pet care range.
Can I buy your products outside of South Africa?
Not currently, but we are working on expanding our market. We currently only deliver within South Africa.
Returns & Queries
Can products be returned?
Yes, products can be returned at your own expense if they are unopened, undamaged and unused. If you have a problem with a product please reach out to us on: bente@bentepurnatur.com
I received a broken or damaged item, what can I do?
Please send us an email with your waybill number, photos of the damaged product, and when it was received, so we can assist you.

Please note: Requests for returns due to damaged or broken items must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
